睡眠呼吸中止症與睡眠品質檢測

中國醫藥大學附設醫院睡眠醫學中心為改善傳統睡眠檢查方式、增進民眾睡眠品質，推廣簡單方便的居家睡眠檢測服務方案──睡眠呼吸中止症與睡眠品質檢測。經過門診醫師評估後的病人，可至睡眠醫學中心借取ECG記錄器。只要於晚上睡覺前把攜帶式ECG記錄器配戴在胸前，就可監測、記錄心跳等睡眠生理訊號。病人在自己最熟悉的睡眠環境中進行睡眠檢查，更能真實反應出平常的睡眠資訊。
